Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Imaging MRI examination suggests rotator cuff injury; 2. The patient's pain and shoulder joint dysfunction lasted for more than 6 months, and conservative non-surgical treatment (including physical therapy and subacromial corticosteroid injection or non-injection physical therapy) for more than 3 months, the patient had strong symptoms. surgical requirements; 3. Cooperate with follow-up, assessment and inspection during the perioperative period, and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rotator cuff injury combined with labrum injury, accumulated severe fat infiltration of biceps long head tendon, subscapularis muscle, supraspinatus muscle, teres minor muscle, and muscle abdomen; 2. Patients who have received rotator cuff surgery, shoulder fracture surgery, severe underlying diseases, and osteoporosis in the past.
