Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were diagnosed with AL amyloidosis (Diagnostic criteria refer to China's 2016 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Systemic Light Chain Amyloidosis) in West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Zigong First People's Hospital, Guangyuan Central Hospital, Mianyang Central Hospital, and Deyang People's Hospital during January 2011 - April 2021, received corresponding treatment and/or regular follow-up.
