65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged = 65 yr scheduled to undergo a 2-hour-or-longer abdominal surgery; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status I~III; hospitalization = 5 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neurologic disorders; inability to understand and complete the cognitive screening tests; history of cardiovascular or brain surgery; refusal to participate.
