18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years, no gender limit. 2. Abnormal glucose metabolism, such as impaired fasting blood glucose, impaired glucose tolerance and diabetes mellitus (in line with the 2019 WHO diagnostic criteria). 3. Voluntarily participate in this research and sign the relevant informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute infection, ketoacidosis and other serious complications. 2. Known or possible hypersensitivity to iodinated contrast media. 3. Known diseases such as pancreatitis, pancreatic cysts and pancreatic tumors. 4. Inability to complete general information collection or tolerance OGTT test. 5. Pregnant patients. 6. Combined with mental illness and cognitive dysfunction and unable to take care of themselves. 7. Type 1 diabetes or other special type of diabetes.
