Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have symptoms of neurological deficit caused by ischemic stroke; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. Onset time <4.5h; 4. Sign the consent form for rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial hemorrhage or a history of intracranial hemorrhage; 2. History of severe head trauma or stroke in the past 3 months; 3. Intracranial tumor, giant intracranial aneurysm; 4. Intracranial or intraspinal surgery within the past 3 months; 5. Major surgical operation within the past 2 weeks; 6. Active visceral bleeding or gastrointestinal or urinary system bleeding within the past 3 weeks; 7. In the past 1 week, there is an arterial puncture at the site that is not easy to compress hemostasis; 8. Aortic arch dissection; 9. Systolic blood pressure >= 180 mm Hg, or diastolic blood pressure >= 100 mm Hg; 10. Acute bleeding tendency, including platelet count lower than 100x10^9/L or other conditions; 11. Received low molecular weight heparin therapy or oral anticoagulant within 24 hours and INR>1.7 or PT>15 s; 12. Use of thrombin inhibitors or factor Xa inhibitors within 48 hours, or various laboratory abnormalities (such as APTT, INR, platelet count, ECT, TT or factor Xa activity assay, etc.); 13. Blood sugar 22.22 mmol/L; 14. Head CT or MRI showed a large area of infarction (infarct size > 1/3 of the middle cerebral artery blood supply area); 15. Pregnant patients, severe dementia, severe mental illness, intracranial infection; 16. Use of nervous system depressants including sedatives, antidepressant and anxiety drugs, anesthetics, antiepileptic drugs, etc.
