45 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective carotid endarterectomy; 2. Aged 45-64 years, ASA grade III or V; 3. BMI18.5-24.0 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe anemia; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 3. Education level below middle school; 4. Preoperative Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score <= 24 points; 5. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction and coagulation dysfunction; 6. Patients with poorly controlled chronic diseases.
