Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The primary caregiver of a patient with a pathological diagnosis of cancer; 2. Non-employed caregivers who are recognized by the patient as the main caregiver, spend the most time in the family and undertake most of the nursing responsibilities, including family members, relatives, friends related to the patient or who have accumulated care time >= 72 hours; 3. The caregiver is over 18 years old; 4. Patients and their caregivers have good language communication and understanding skills; 5. Voluntarily participate and can answer the questions correctly, and can fill in the research questionnaire independently or with the help of the investigator.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers who are paid; 2. Have a serious specific disease.
