Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent retrograde laparoscopic bladder neck reconstruction surgery; 2. Urethrography shows bladder neck stenosis; 3. Urethroscopic examination showed bladder neck stenosis; 4. Aged 18 to 70 years; 5. Patients after radical prostatectomy, bladder neck resection and prostate resection; 6. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney diseases (serum bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase are 1.5 times higher than normal values, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine are 1.5 times higher than normal); 2. Uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure>180/110mmHg); 3. Hemorrhagic stroke; 4. Stroke patients with severe disturbance of consciousness (NIHSS score >=20 points), mental illness, dementia and other patients who cannot cooperate; 5. Patients with atrial fibrillation; 6. Pregnant women, breastfeeding patients; uncontrolled primary diseases of malignant tumors; 7. Use of drugs that interfere with bladder detrusor contraction, such as a-receptor blockers, 5a-reductase inhibitors, botanicals and other M-receptor antagonists; 8. There are a variety of drug allergies and so on.
