Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acne; 2. The skin lesions are mainly located on the face; 3. In line with TCM classification and syndrome differentiation; 4. Aged 18 to 40 years, gender is not limited; 5. The course of disease exceeds 6 months; 6. The patient signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Drug-induced acne, occupational acne, delayed acne, and explosive acne; 2. Have used antibiotics and tretinoin preparations in the past 4 weeks, and have used hormone drugs in the past 8 weeks; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, and serious diseases of the digestive tract and blood system; 4. Severe allergic constitution, allergic to known drugs in the study or contraindicated; 5. Patients with mental illness, tumor disease and immunodeficiency; 6. Those who use other therapies in the same period, which affect the judgment of curative effect.
