Control group:Limb air therapy

Experimental group:Limb air therapy + bicycle training

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients who have been admitted to the ICU within 24 hours, the estimated ICU duration is >= 72 hours; 2. Aged 18-85 years; 3. Contraindications to the use of anticoagulants, including: (1) Hypersensitivity to enoxaparin, heparin or its derivatives, including other low molecular weight heparins; (2) Bleeding or bleeding associated with severe coagulation disorders (except for disseminated intravascular coagulation unrelated to heparin therapy); (3) A history of severe heparin-induced thrombocytopenia, whether caused by unfractionated heparin or low molecular weight heparin; (4) Active peptic ulcer or organ damage with bleeding tendency; (5) Clinically significant active bleeding; (6) Cerebral hemorrhage; (7) Patients with severe renal failure (creatinine clearance <= 30mL/min); 4. Two or more attending physicians consider it inappropriate to use anticoagulant drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Existing lower extremity venous thrombosis before randomization; 2. In the terminal stage of the disease, the vital signs are unstable, and the expected survival time is less than 1 month; 3. There are contraindications to limb pneumatic therapy or bicycle therapy, including: (1) Trauma and fracture of lower limbs and pelvis; (2) Ulceration, injury or infection of the skin of the lower extremity; (3) Patients with severe bleeding tendency; (4) Severe peripheral neuropathy or myopathy of the lower extremities; 4. Participate in other clinical research patients.
