Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 80 years; 2. Meet the criteria for combined pancreas-kidney transplantation: refer to the indications and contraindications of combined pancreatic-kidney transplantation in the ''Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Kidney Transplantation'' and ''Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreas Transplantation'', and the expert ethics committee will review and approve the combined pancreatic-kidney transplantation; 3. Preoperative evaluation of various organ functions can tolerate surgery and postoperative fasting; 4. Subjects understood and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative abdominal color photo or CT showed liver cirrhosis with decreased albumin; 2. The postoperative condition is unstable and serious complications occur; 3. Patients should be treated in ICU or observed for more than 24 hours after surgery.
