Yi Jin Bang group:10 weeks of home-based Yi Jin Bang exercise
Usual Exercise Therapy group:10 weeks of home-based usual exercise therapy includes stretching and strengthening exercise
Control group:No treatment

25 Years to 62 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Pain during overhead activities; 3. Pain during active movements of the shoulder; 4. Pain in the last three months; 5. Hawkins-Kennedy impingement test positive; 6. Painful arc test positive; 7. Infraspinatus muscle test positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of fracture-dislocation of the shoulder; 2. Full-thickness rotator cuff tear; 3. A history of shoulder surgery; 4. Inflammatory of the vertebrae; 5. Shoulder trauma in the last month; 6. Any physical treatment for shoulder pain in the last month.
