Have sufficient cough reflex ability; 5. Stable cardiovascular status (ie heart rate = 70 g/L; 7. Stable oxygenation [that is, when the inspired oxygen concentration (FiO2) is less than or equal to 50%, the arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2) is >90%, or the ratio of arterial partial pressure of oxygen to inspired oxygen concentration (PaO2/FiO2) >= 150mmHg and positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) =5ml/kg ideal body weight (IBW), and no obvious respiratory acidosis); 9. Be conscious.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients; 2. There is closed chest drainage, pneumothorax, or mediastinal emphysema; 3. Spinal cord injury exceeding the T8 level; 4. Neuromuscular disease; 5. Have used muscle relaxants within 48 hours before the study; 6. There is a history of diaphragmatic paralysis or newly discovered unilateral diaphragmatic paralysis or paradoxical movement of the unilateral diaphragmatic muscle detected by ultrasonography; 7. Pleural lesions or pleurodesis.
