Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnostic criteria for frozen shoulder of the Chinese Medical Association in 2005; 2. Symptoms include shoulder pain, stiffness and impairment of joint mobility, such as limited abduction, flexion, adduction, and rotation, and tender points around the shoulder joint; 3. No special findings on shoulder X-ray examination; 4. Aged 40-65 years, disease course within 6 months; 5. The first onset, and only patients with unilateral frozen shoulder; 6. The patients themselves and their families were informed about the treatment, agreed to cooperate with the inspection and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Shoulder pain caused by rotator cuff injury, shoulder fracture, shoulder dislocation, cervical spondylosis, etc.; 2. Accompanied by other neurological or mental system diseases, severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Participate in other treatments and related drug treatments; 4. Pregnant patients, heart pacemaker, etc. after surgery.
