18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke diagnosed by MRI/CT; 2. Aged 18-85 years; 3. The condition is stable, the vital signs are stable and the test can be completed; 4. Cognitive dysfunction, with a score of 10-27 on the Mini Mental Status Examination (MMSE); 5. Those who voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with contraindications to vagal nerve stimulation (such as atrial fibrillation, etc.). 2. Patients with ear resection that prevents the placement of the stimulation device. 3. Combined with serious heart, lung and other systemic diseases. 4. Pregnant or trying to become pregnant. 5. Have a history of severe alcohol and drug abuse. 6. Other neuropsychiatric drugs (such as antidepressants).
