Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The serum amylase level was normal before ERCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute pancreatitis within 72 hours before ERCP; 2. Current or past patients with hypothalamus, pituitary, thyroid, adrenal, ovarian disease or surgery-related; 3. Those who have recently used drugs that affect the secretion and metabolism of stress hormones in the body; 4. Patients with severe underlying diseases or systemic diseases; 5. Those with past or current history of malignant tumor, liver cirrhosis, etc.; 6. Mental patients and pregnant and lactating women.
