18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 80 years with corneal endothelial dysfunction suitable for descemet stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is obvious scarring in the corneal stroma; 2. There is active inflammation in the eye; 3. Combined with systemic disease intolerance to surgery.
