Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years, male or female; 2. At least once failure of Hp eradication; 3. Gastroscopy diagnosis of chronic gastritis,with or without gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer healed; 4. The rapid urease test , the urea breath test and anti-H.pylori culture was positive; 5. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. PPI, antibiotics, H2 receptor antagonists, bismuth agents, probiotics, potassium competitive acid blockers,and other drugs were used within four weeks before treatment; 2. Patients with allergies to the drugs used in this study; 3. Patients with previous gastric and esophageal surgery; 4. Serious concomitant diseases:heart,lung,liver,kidney,metabolic disease,mental illness or malignant tumors 5. Pregnant or lactating women, patients who had a birth plan during the study period; 6. Previous undergone dual therapy to cure Hp; 7. Culture negative.
