Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A professional doctor shall judge whether he has plantar fasciitis; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. No surgical treatment; 4. Other lower limb injuries occurred within half a year; 5. Have a good cooperation attitude, be willing to actively listen to the treatment plan of doctors and testers, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rheumatic disease, metabolic bone disease and spinal infection; 2. Patients with poor compliance and tolerance are excluded; 3. Patients with severe organic primary diseases such as cardio cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and psychosis. 4. Bleeding tendency (hereditary or acquired).
