Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 2013 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) classification and diagnostic criteria for SSc [3] (score 9); 2. Patients with skin involvement in the swelling and sclerosis stages.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Involvement of important organs, such as pulmonary interstitial disease, pulmonary hypertension, pericardial effusion or hypertrophy, inflammatory myopathy, etc. requiring more than 0.5 mg/kg/day of glucocorticoid treatment; 2. Patients with renal crisis; 3. Patients with arteriovenous thrombosis and diabetes-related gangrene; 4. Patients with SSc-related gangrene infection; 5. The local skin is extensively damaged and cannot be applied externally.
