Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2. 1-10 years after radiotherapy; 3. Changes in sound quality as assessed by VHI and GRBAS; 4. Gender: not limited; 5. Aged 18 to 65 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2. Are undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. There are other head and neck tumors; 4. Voice disorders caused by non-radiotherapy factors, such as spasmodic dysphonia, vocal cord polyps, and cricoarytenoid dislocation; 5. Epilepsy; 6. Intracranial tumors; 7. Coagulation dysfunction; 8. Low platelet count; 9. The acute phase of infection; 10. Install artificially implanted electronic devices such as cardiac pacemakers; 11. Severe arrhythmia; 12. Infectious diseases, such as HIV, tuberculosis, COVID-19; 13. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction cannot tolerate examination.
