Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy children aged 4 to 6 years who are treated with dental caries under general anesthesia, deciduous dentition; 2. According to the American Society of Anesthesiologists' physical condition grading system to assess ASA class I; 3. Each child has at least one primary molar with deep caries requiring indirect pulp capping and at least one primary molar requiring endodontic treatment (including pulpotomy and pulpectomy) and at least one primary molar requiring metal Pre-formed crown restoration; 4. No history of drug allergy, metal and food allergy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with severe malnutrition; 2. Refuse to sign the informed consent; 3. Deciduous molars with pulp necrosis and apical periodontitis; 4. Patients with systemic diseases; 5. Children whose adenoids prevent nasal intubation; 6. Children who are allergic to any components of local anesthetics.
