Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 85 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for HFpEF in the "Chinese Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2018" issued by the Cardiovascular Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; 3. Paroxysmal or persistent atrial fibrillation; 4. Perform radiofrequency ablation or drug therapy for atrial fibrillation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart failure is caused by restrictive cardiomyopathy, active myocarditis, constrictive pericarditis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or valvular disease; 2. Left atrium diameter >= 55mm; 3. Acute coronary syndrome or revascularization treatment within the past six months, severe liver and kidney damage, tumor or blood system disease. 4. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant and lactating women; 5. According to the judgment of the investigator, the patient cannot complete the study or comply with the requirements of the study.
