Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first liver transplant; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Can correctly understand the problem and participate in the interaction; 4. Have a fixed primary caregiver; 5. Voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with important organs or other serious (chronic) diseases; 3. Multiple organ transplant recipients.
