Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnosis of postherpetic neuralgia in Western medicine and Chinese medicine, 30 days = 4 points; 3. Aged 18 to 85 years, gender is not limited; 4. Clear consciousness, pain and discrimination ability; 5. Sign the informed consent and voluntarily participate in this researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Herpes zoster occurs on the head, face, perineum, or in special types such as visceral herpes zoster, meningeal herpes zoster, and generalized herpes zoster; 2. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Patients who are allergic to the drugs or acupuncture used; 4. Combined with serious heart, liver, kidney damage or other major diseases such as cognitive dysfunction, aphasia, mental disorders, and unable to cooperate with treatment; 5. Combined with other serious skin diseases; 6. Those who have a pacemaker installed; 7. Patients who are participating in other studies and have joined other clinical trials within the past 3 months.
