18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Multipartum women; 2. Head position; 3. Full-term singleton pregnancy; 4. The cervix is opened to 2-3 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are obstetric pathological factors such as uterine atony and pregnancy complications, intrauterine distress and indications for cesarean section; 2. There are contraindications to spinal anesthesia such as abnormal coagulation function; 3. Analgesics and sedatives have been taken before delivery; 4. A history of opioid dependence or allergy.
