Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic kidney disease stage 5 patients on maintenance hemodialysis (time >= 3 months); 2. Aged 18 to 80 years, gender is not limited; 3. spKt/V >= 1.2; 4. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to HDF filters; 2. Malignant tumors that affect survival (except for the following cases: tumors determined to be cured or remission for more than 5 years, skin basal cell or squamous cell carcinomas that have been radically removed, or carcinoma in situ in any part); 3. Acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure, acute heart failure, coronary syndrome, valvular heart disease, cardiac tumor, severe arrhythmia; severe liver disease in the past 1 month; 4. Persistent hypotensive state (blood pressure <90/60mmHg); 5. Complicated with acute infectious diseases within 1 month before screening; 6. Any other circumstance in which the researcher believes that the subject cannot be enrolled in the trial.
