Interventions

A group:Anti-VEGF drug (ranibizumab, Aflibercept, or Conbercept) combined with dexamethasone implant in the baseline
B group:After two weeks of anti-VEGF, then combined with dexamethasone implant
C group:After three injections of anti-VEGF treatment, then combined with dexamethasone implant

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-ischemic retinal vein occlusion, aged >=18 years; 2. The first onset or past onset of treatment for more than 6 months; 3. Vision is between 0.05-0.5; 4. all patients agree to participate in the program and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ischemic retinal vein occlusion; 2. Diabetes, glaucoma; 3. Have done macular laser and other fundus diseases that affect vision in the past; 4. Concomitant with rheogenic retinal detachment, ocular trauma, corneal opacity and other ophthalmic diseases; 5. Combined with severe systemic disease can not tolerate surgery or follow-up; 6. Do not agree with the inclusion or do not agree with the interviewer.
