Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged >= 40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 2. Those with uncontrolled mental illness, severe mental retardation, or communication impairment; 3. Enteritis, dysentery, perianal abscess and other diseases in the acute stage; 4. Peritonitis, intestinal perforation, extensive abdominal adhesion and intestinal stenosis caused by various reasons; 5. Patients with liver cirrhosis ascites, mesenteric inflammation, abdominal aneurysm, highly abnormally flexed bowel, and advanced cancer with extensive intra-abdominal metastasis; 6. Those with severe bleeding tendency; 7. Pregnant women, etc.
