60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 to 80 years, male or female; ECOG score 0-3; 2. Histologically confirmed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma [diagnostic criteria according to WHO2016]; 3. CD20 positive; 4. The presence of one of the following poor prognostic factors: (1) IPI score >= 2 points; (2) Double expression of BCL-2/MYC; (3) non-GCB subtype; (4) >=2 extranodal lesions; (5) Bone marrow involvement; (6) CD5+; (7) ki-67 >=80%; (8) Genetic testing has MYD88, CD79B, NOTCH1 and other unfavorable prognosis mutations; (9) 6-cycle R-CHOP efficacy did not reach CR. 5. No central lymphoma; 6. Heart, liver and kidney function: creatinine =50%. 7. Have sufficient understanding ability and voluntarily sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of other tumors; 2. Active autoimmune disease; 3. Uncontrolled active infection; 4. HIV; 5. Active hepatitis can not be controlled within 2*103/ml after antiviral treatment.
