Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria of chronic consciousness disorder, including chronic coma, VS / UWS and MCS; 2. Sudden disturbance of consciousness with definite etiology; 3. Right handedness; 4. Aged 18 to 75 years; 5. The vital signs were stable and did not participate in other clinical researchers; 6. Obtain the informed consent of the patient's legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracranial infection or brain death; 2. Patients with mental history, drug abuse, and long-term alcohol abuse before brain injury; 3. Previous history of nervous system-related diseases (neurodegeneration, moderate stroke); 4. Unstable condition, serious respiratory and circulatory complications are not effectively controlled; 5. Patients with severe endocrine and metabolic diseases and other space-occupying diseases that significantly affect the research results; 6. Pregnancy, multiple trauma, limb fracture, or large skin defect; 7. Those with PET-MRI acquisition contraindications.
