Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathological examination was diagnosed as cancer; 2. In the chemotherapy stage; 3. Know your own disease diagnosis, condition and treatment; 4. Aged >= 18 years; 5. Have the ability to write; 6. No communication and cognitive impairment; 7. Voluntary participation in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Are taking anti-anxiety or anti-depressant drugs; 2. Participating in other psychotherapy or intervention.
