Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological biopsy confirmed rectal cancer; 2. Newly diagnosed patients who have not received antitumor therapy before; 3. Patients undergoing direct surgery receive MRI examination before surgery; 4. Radical surgical resection was performed in our hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other malignant tumors or combined with other malignant tumors; 2. Due to the presence of distant metastasis, or the patient cannot undergo surgical resection due to personal reasons; 3. Preoperative MRI images are missing or cannot be measured; 4. The pathological data are incomplete, and there is a lack of lymph node diagnostic information.
