Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the T2DM diagnostic criteria of the World Health Organization in 1999; 2. Aged over 18 years; 3. The time of diagnosis is at least 3 months; 4. Physical activity is normal; 5. Understand the research process and volunteer to participate in this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe organ failure; 2. Serious comorbidities (such as cardiac function grade II or above) or complications (such as proliferative retinopathy, stage IV, V nephropathy, diabetic foot of Wagner grade 2 and above); 3. Associated with malignant tumor; 4. Currently participating in other clinical trials, etc.
