65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 65 years of age with hip fractures undergoing surgery under spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other serious trauma; 2. Coagulation disorders, use anticoagulant drugs; 3. History of long-term use of analgesics, history of local anesthetic allergy, infection in the FICB operation area; 4. Patients who cannot communicate or score normally.
