Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese adults who intend to undergo liver resection; 2. Sign the informed consent form before surgery, and fully understand the research content, process and possible adverse reactions; 3. Be able to complete the research in accordance with the requirements of the research program; 4. Subjects aged >=18 years on the day of signing the informed consent form, no gender limit; 5. Non-pregnant, non-breastfeeding; 6. Comprehensive physical examination (vital signs, physical examination), routine laboratory examinations (blood routine, blood biochemistry, urine routine, etc.) are normal or abnormal but have no clinical significance as judged by the investigator.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. For Part A research patients, they cannot be included in this study if they have the following circumstances: (1) New crown virus carriers or new crown antibody owners; (2) HCV antibody positive, HIV antibody positive, HBsAg positive, syphilis antibody positive; (3) Family history of liver-related genetic diseases; (4) Patients infected with bacteria and parasites (liver fluke, schistosomiasis, liver hydatid); (5) Patients with autoimmune liver diseases such as primary biliary cirrhosis and autoimmune hepatitis; (6) Clinical diagnosis of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, chronic kidney disease (G3-G5 stage), heart disease, connective tissue disease, autoimmune disease, Reye syndrome, etc.; (7) Women who are breastfeeding or taking contraceptives for less than 3 months; (8) Those who have a history of smoking and/or alcohol abuse, who are positive for alcohol and drug screening, or who have a history of drug abuse in the past five years or who have used drugs 3 months before surgery; (9) Alcoholics (drinking 14 units of alcohol per week: 1 unit = 285 mL of beer, or 25 mL of spirits, or 100 mL of wine) and cannot abstain from alcohol during the period from the planned enrollment to the end of the operation; (10) Those who have taken drugs or foods that inhibit or induce the functions of OATP1B1 and OATP1B3 before surgery and cannot stop using them 3 days before surgery, including traditional Chinese medicines or proprietary Chinese medicines; cyclosporine, rifampicin, rifamycin SV, clarithromycin, erythromycin, gemfibrozil, simeprevir; beverages or foods containing grapefruit or soy; tea, coffee, alcohol; (11) Abnormal clinical laboratory test and the investigator judges it to be clinically significant; (12) Patients who are considered by the investigator to have other factors that are not suitable for participating in this study, regardless of the severity. 2.
