Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 6 months to 18 outpatient or inpatient; 2. Frequent premature ventricular premature beats (ventricular premature load > 6 beats/min, 24-hour ambulatory ECG monitoring > 1000 beats/24 hours or combined with ventricular tachycardia).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with definite structural heart disease or premature ventricular arrhythmia caused by drugs, electrolyte disturbances, hypoxia, surgery, anesthesia and other factors. 2. Inform the parents of the children about the relevant matters of the examination and sign the special examination consent form. For children >= 6 years old, fully inform and obtain the consent and cooperation of the children.
