Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. PA-HSOS entry criteria: (1) Aged 18-75 years; (2) Comply with the modified Seattle standard [Br J Haematol. 2013] and Nanjing PAs-HSOS standard; (3) The patient has a history of taking Tusanqi or herbal medicines containing PA confirmed by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry; (4) Liver CT examination within one month; (5) Sign the informed consent. 2. Other liver injury inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-75 years; (2) Alanine aminotransferase>40U/L, aspartate aminotransferase>40U/L, or total bilirubin>34umol/l within 3 months before admission, exclude HSOS, malignant tumor and hematological diseases; (3) Liver CT examination during the onset; (4) Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The image layer thickness does not meet the requirements or there are artifacts; 2. Combined with malignant tumor; 3. Combined cardiac insufficiency.
