18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It is planned to undergo unilateral segmental or lobectomy with elective one-lung ventilation; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. Agree to sign the informed consent form before this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe COPD, the preoperative pulmonary function test shows that the forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1) is less than 50% of the predicted value; 2. History of previous thoracic surgery or radiotherapy, known pleural or interstitial lesions; 3. Active pulmonary infection or mass in the main bronchus; 4. The application of PEEP is contraindicated (high intracranial pressure, bronchopleural fistula, etc.); 5. Severe asthma; 6. Difficult airway; 7. Body mass index > 30kg/m^2; 8. The patient refused to participate in this study.
