Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A girl admitted to hospital with symptoms of precocious puberty before age 8, including breast enlargement with rapid growth (>6-7 cm/year) and bone maturation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with evidence of tumor, adrenal disease, gonadal disease, hypothyroidism, or central nervous system disease.
