Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients met the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis in the "American Academy of Gastroenterology Guidelines for the Initial Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis", with complete clinical data, and aged >18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors, liver and kidney insufficiency, blood system diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents, immunodeficiency diseases or autoimmune diseases; 2. Patients diagnosed with infection in other parts other than the pancreas and abdominal cavity or systemic infection at admission; 3. Patients with a history of diabetes and acute pancreatitis; 4. Patients who have used glucocorticoids and immunomodulatory drugs 3 months before enrollment; 5. Pregnant patients or breastfeeding.
