Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction formulated by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Academic Conference in 1995; 2. The course of the disease is within 6 months; 3. Those with stable vital signs after medical treatment; 4. Sign the informed consent and voluntarily participate in this research; 5. Aged 18-75 years; 6. Patients with first onset or previous stroke without sequelae; 7. Brunnstrom staging is in stages I-IV, and the modified Ashworth classification is grade 0-3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with motor dysfunction caused by cerebral hemorrhage or other encephalopathy such as brain tumor, brain trauma, brain parasitic disease, etc.; 2. Those who have serious complications or re-stroke during the rehabilitation process; 3. Patients with stroke sequelae with severe language dysfunction and mental behavioral disorders that hinder the evaluation; 4. Other neurological diseases that affect the patient's cognitive function: such as vascular dementia, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, etc., and MMSE score, and MMSE score, illiteracy <17 points, primary school <20 points, junior high school and above <24 points ; 5. Those who have metal implants in the body.
