Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who came to our hospital for treatment from December 2021 to December 2023, combined with the patient's medical history, medical imaging, and pathological examinations confirmed that patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones with or without liver atrophy and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, no other systemic treatment, no other serious underlying diseases. 2. The normal group is the normal physical examination in our hospital and the healthy people. 3. Sign the relevant informed consent form after confirming enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Combined with other tumors, patients with severe fatty liver, alcoholic liver, hepatitis, cirrhosis of other causes, sclerosing cholangitis, and patients withdrew from the study halfway.
