Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent; 2. Aged 18-85 years; 3. The diagnosis of recurrent and/or inoperable chordoma is clear; 4. Molecular detection indicated abnormality of CDK4/6 signaling pathway in tumor tissue.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other primary tumors of the central nervous system or bone; 2. Cases who refused to be followed up; 3. There is a mental, intellectual disability or other communication disorder.
