Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 4-9 with autism; 2. Diagnosed with severe caries in children, the number of caries is more than 6, and it affects normal chewing, pronunciation and development; 3. No history of jaw trauma, tumor and surgery, and no obvious jaw deformity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are abnormal indicators in the general examination and blood examination items, and there are systemic diseases that are contraindicated in surgery and do not meet the surgical requirements; 2. Those who do not accept surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Those who cannot cooperate with regular follow-up.
