Group C:Ultrasound-guided nerve block around the hip joint capsule, a single injection of 20ml of normal saline

65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PFNA internal fixation was performed for intertrochanteric fractures of the femur; 2. BMI (Body Mass Index, body mass index) <= 30kg/m^2; 3. Aged between 65-80 years; 4. ASA classification 1-3; 5. The educational level is not lower than primary school, and the preoperative MMSE score is more than 24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Local anesthetic allergy; 2. Infection at the puncture site or variation of anatomical structure; 3. Those with severe neuropsychiatric disease who cannot cooperate; 4. PENGB block loser; 5. The patient refuses to participate in the study; 6. Obvious abnormal cardiopulmonary function, liver function and renal function before operation; 7. Long-term use of analgesics; 8. Abnormal motor sensation of both lower extremities; 9. Those with coagulation dysfunction before surgery.
