Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent of patients and their families; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Be consciously able to cooperate with the completion of the nutritional assessment or the family members can cooperate with the completion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients; 2. The information is missing or incomplete; 3. Research subjects who are considered unsuitable for participation by the researchers.
