30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary inguinal hernia aged 30-80 years; 2. Patients without serious underlying diseases who can tolerate general anesthesia; 3. Patients who understand and agree with the RCT study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incarcerated or strangulated hernia; 2. Huge scrotal hernia or recurrent hernia; 3. Have a history of lower abdomen, perineal surgery (prostate surgery, bladder surgery, etc.); 4. Patients with a large amount of ascites or abnormal coagulation function; 5. Patients with unhealed skin infection in the operation area; 6. There are other organ infections in the abdominal cavity; 7. Patients with follow-up and communication barriers and patients with poor compliance.
