Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for gastrointestinal heat accumulation, with a scale score > 11; 2. Aged 3-5 years; 3. Acute respiratory tract infection has been cured for more than 1 week; 4. The number of respiratory tract infections in the past winter is >=3 times; 5. The legal guardian signed the informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously diagnosed with repeated respiratory tract infections caused by organic and congenital respiratory diseases; 2. Children with primary autoimmune deficiency; 3. Children with severe primary diseases and mental illnesses of the cardiovascular system, nervous system, urogenital system, digestive system and hematopoietic system; 4. Children with Down syndrome; 5. Children who have received relatively long-term (>1 week) immunomodulatory treatment within 3 months before enrollment.
