18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed ADPKD patients. 2. Aged between 18-50 years, light manual laborers. 3. Blood pressure = 750ml, eGFR >= 60ml/min. 6. Subjects signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inborn errors of metabolism. 2. Diseases of important organs, including: history of pancreatitis, active gallbladder disease, moderate to severe liver damage, frequent gout, fat wasting disorder, severe heart and lung diseases, etc. 3. Diabetes, malnutrition, intolerance to ketogenic diet, unable to take care of themselves, and unable to follow up on time. 4. Pregnant patients, or those who have pregnancy plans.
